Medical Administrator
Regina Kizer, APRN-CNM, DNP
Regina has been an active bedside, labor and delivery Registered Nurse since 2004. She earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Oklahoma and went on to obtain a Master's of Nursing in Midwifery in 2016 and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice with a focus on midwifery in 2017. Dr. Kizer is certified through the American Midwifery Certification Board and holds an Advanced Practice Registered Nursing License to practice Midwifery. While preparing to open Breathe Birth and Wellness in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Regina continued working in Labor and Delivery as a labor nurse and traveling to Springfield, Missouri, weekly to provide Midwifery care at a freestanding natural birth center.
Regina's passion is to empower women through the midwifery model of care. It is her core belief that all individuals have a right to self-determination and active participation in health care decisions.

Kim Kmita, APRN-CNM/WHNP-BC
Kim is a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. Kim began working as a nurse extern in labor and delivery in 1995. After she finished nursing school in 1996, she began working as a labor and delivery as a Registered Nurse. Kim earned her bachelors degree in nursing from Langston University. She earned her Nurse Midwifery degree in 2004 from Frontier Nursing University. In 2005, Kim earned her Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner degree from Frontier Nursing University and her Master’s in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University. Kim is certified through the American Midwifery Certification Board, National Certification Corporation, and holds an Advanced Practice Registered Nursing License to practice Midwifery and as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. Kim has practiced midwifery and as a women's health nurse practitioner in the hospital setting for 15 years before moving to Breathe in 2020. Kim has always strived to help women achieve the birth they desire.
Midwife
Bethany Garcia, APRN-CNM
Bethany started her career as a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery in 2007. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing through the University of Oklahoma Schusterman Center in Tulsa. As an RN, she fell in love with delivering babies and went on to receive her Master’s of Science in Certified Nurse Midwifery through the University of Cincinnati in 2012. Bethany is certified through the American Midwifery Certification Board. She has since worked in women’s healthcare for the past 10 years and is beyond excited to finally be joining this amazing team as a Midwife!
Bethany's passion is supporting women towards optimal health and wellness, providing compassionate care, promoting healthy pregnancies and advocating for an amazing birth experience.

Holly Riggins, RMA-Birth Assistant
Holly Riggins has worked in the medical field for 20 years. She graduated from Rogers State University with a bachelors degree in Medical Molecular Biology. She has worked in obstetrics for 17 years, the past 12 alongside Kim Kmita.
Holly has 5 children ranging in age from 21 - 4. She loves her family and enjoys spending time crafting and working on DIY projects. In her spare time......just kidding....with 5 kids and a job she doesn't have any spare time ;)
Holly loves working with growing families and is passionate about supporting Breathe in providing superior care for their patients.
Receptionist
Sherry Roberts
Sherry is a wife, mother of 5 and grandmother of 10! She enjoys spending time with her family and taking her grandchildren on fun adventures. When she isn’t at work or spending time with her family she loves to worship the Lord at church and serve others in whatever capacity is needed.
Massage Therapist
Emily Bentley, AOS, LMT, Doula
Emily has an associates degree in Occupational Science of Massage Therapy and Business Management and has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2003. She has also trained as a Birth and Postpartum Doula. Her specialty is prenatal, infant and pediatric massage. Being a mom to her two daughters is her greatest blessing and feeds into her passion of wanting to make mamas and babies feel their best. In addition to her specialities, she is also certified in ashiatsu, cupping, myofascial release, deep tissue, craniosacral therapy, neuromuscular re-education, raindrop therapy, ROCK tape and ROCK blades. As a former CNA and nursing student, as well as a current Medical Assistant, CPR and BLS Instructor, Emily is well versed in the human body and ways to help it heal. Her training allows for multiple modalities to help the entire family feel their best.
Birth Assistant
Deirdre Hopkins, Birth Doula/Essential Oils
Deirdre is a Colorado native with a love of God's creation embedded deep into her heart. She believes in her namesake, which means compassion, and brings empathy into her doula practice.
She has been dating her husband for over 2 decades and parenting their 3 kids together, since 2004. Never having a doula herself propelled her to become a DONA trained and certified birth doula in 2014. She is also CPR certified, TENS unit certified and trained in rebozo and peanut ball techniques.
Deirdre has a bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Family Science. Early in her career she supported teenage mothers at the Child Saving Institute, and then reclaimed a decade of her life to raising her own arrows. As a natural educator, Deirdre has experience working with families and children with special needs in the public school system. Parenting and behavior modification is one of her passions. She also dedicates her life to nutrition and using aromatherapy for physical and emotional health.
