Hormone Assessment
During this session, we will spend an hour and a half taking a deep dive into your symptoms and history. Lab work can be done to assess key hormones crucial to a woman’s reproductive health, metabolism, and overall well-being. Price includes follow up calls/emails to develop an individualized plan of care for you. $300
Nurse Visit
Book a lab draw or appointment with a nurse at a time that works best for you. $15
Well Visit
Schedule your appointment for general wellness exam. Exam includes 1 hour with a midwife to cover preventative care, breast exam as well as pap smear if warranted. Mammogram can be ordered if due. Labs drawn if needed and may use insurance. In some cases insurance may reimburse for this service. Bring your insurance card and ID to your appointment. $155
Problem Visit
Meet one-on-one with a midwife to discuss problems or concerns. This appointment is for 1 hour and covers anything from birth control to urinary issues to vaginal problems to pelvic pain. Labs and ultrasounds can be ordered if needed and you may use your insurance for those. $135
